One of the first things I do at my desk at work every day is plan out my fitness for the day. When can I go workout? What will I eat? What will I drink? Do I have to cancel something else to get in workout time?
Fitness doesn’t just happen, I have to make it happen.
i hate it.
i hate working at night.
i hate going to sleep in the morning.
i hate feeling too tired to workout.
i hate that i dont know if im taking my breakfast or dinner.
i hate my period right now.
i hate that my off is on wednesday.
i hate that i have no more money left.
i hate that its taking ten days before i receive my salary.
